Summary

This study tested a single dose of an investigational meningitis vaccine (MenACYW) in 447 healthy people aged 12 months and older in Vietnam. The vaccine aims to protect against four types of meningococcal bacteria (A, C, W, Y) that can cause serious infections. Researchers measured immune responses before and 30 days after vaccination and monitored for side effects.
