Summary
This study tested a single shot of the MenACYW conjugate vaccine (MenQuadfi™) in 447 healthy people aged 12 months and older in Vietnam. The goal was to see how well the vaccine triggers antibodies against four types of meningococcal bacteria and to check for side effects. Participants were followed for about a month after vaccination.
