Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called MEN2312, alone or with another drug (elacestrant), in 240 adults with advanced breast cancer that has specific genetic changes. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. It is the first time MEN2312 is being tested in humans.
