New pill targets Hard-to-Treat breast cancer in early trial

Summary
This early study tests a new drug called MEN2312 in people with advanced breast cancer that has spread and is not curable. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it shrinks tumors or slows the cancer. About 240 adults will take the drug alone or with other treatments.
