Summary
This study is testing whether learning specific memory techniques can help improve thinking skills in adults over 50 who are noticing early memory concerns. Researchers will compare 80 participants who either receive structured memory training or just general information. The goal is to see if practicing these techniques for about 20 minutes a day leads to measurable cognitive benefits that last.
