Summary

This study is for people whose cancer has spread to the brain. It compares two types of whole brain radiation: one that avoids the memory center (hippocampus) and one that avoids several brain areas linked to thinking. The goal is to see which method better protects memory and thinking skills. About 90 adults will take part.
