Summary
This study is testing whether adding special memory support techniques to a standard PTSD therapy helps older veterans learn and remember the treatment skills better. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, and if it might lead to better symptom reduction. Researchers will work with a small group of veterans over 59 to refine and test this combined therapy method.
