Summary

This study is testing whether the drug memantine can help prevent Alzheimer's disease in people who are at high risk but don't yet have symptoms. It involves 32 adults aged 50-65 who have a family history of Alzheimer's and carry a specific genetic risk factor. The main goal is to see if this prevention study is practical to run and to gather information for a larger future trial.
