Summary
This study tested whether taking melatonin supplements could improve outcomes for women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF). Researchers gave 80 infertile women either melatonin or a placebo during their IVF treatment cycle. They measured hormone levels, egg quality, embryo development, and pregnancy rates to see if melatonin made a difference.
