NCT ID NCT06826755
Summary
This study is testing whether taking melatonin supplements for 12 weeks helps lower nighttime blood pressure in women going through perimenopause who have high blood pressure. Researchers will compare melatonin to a placebo pill in 70 participants. The goal is to see if this common sleep aid can help control a key cardiovascular risk factor during this life stage.
