Scientists test Cancer-Fighting virus in patients with advanced melanoma

Summary
This is an early safety study to find a safe dose of an experimental virus therapy called DNX-2401 for advanced melanoma. The study will enroll about 50 adults whose melanoma has spread to the brain or other parts of the body. Doctors will inject the modified virus directly into tumors to see if it is safe and if it can help fight the cancer.
