Virus vs. melanoma: new attack on brain tumors

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a virus called DNX-2401 that is designed to infect and destroy cancer cells in people with advanced melanoma that has spread to the brain and/or other parts of the body. The main goal is to find the safest dose and number of injections. About 50 adults with stage IV melanoma will take part.
