New cocktail targets Hard-to-Treat sarcomas

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (selumetinib, ZEN-3694, and durvalumab) in people with advanced sarcomas, including malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNST). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. About 41 adults with sarcomas that have not responded to other treatments will take part.
