Summary

This study tests targeted cancer drugs in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. Participants receive a drug chosen based on the genetic changes in their tumor. The goal is to see if the treatment can stop or shrink the cancer for at least 3 months. About 455 adults will take part across multiple centers.
