App aims to help heart survivors eat, sleep, and socialize their way to better health
NCT ID NCT06601478
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is testing a new online app that helps people who have had a heart attack or stroke follow a Mediterranean lifestyle — including diet, sleep, exercise, and social habits. About 80 to 100 adults in Spain will use the app for 8 months to see if it improves their health and reduces heart disease risk. The goal is to make healthy living easier to track and support in everyday medical care.
