Summary
This study is testing a new online app that helps people who have had a heart attack or stroke follow a Mediterranean lifestyle — including diet, exercise, sleep, and social habits. About 80 participants will use the app for 8 months to see if it improves their health and reduces their risk of future heart problems. The goal is to make healthy living easier to track and discuss with doctors.
