Summary
This study will test whether following a Mediterranean diet can improve quality of life and reduce pain in women with endometriosis, a chronic inflammatory condition. Researchers will enroll 104 women aged 18-45 who have been diagnosed with endometriosis. Participants will follow the diet and report changes in pain and well-being using questionnaires.
