Can meditation make teens happier and more resilient?

Summary

This study is testing whether a meditation and yoga program called Inner Engineering helps teenagers feel more joyful, focused, and better at handling stress. Researchers will enroll 96 teens aged 15-18 and randomly assign them to either try the meditation program or be in a comparison group. They will measure changes in wellbeing, stress, and brain activity over 12 weeks to see if the program helps.
