Summary
This study looks at how a meditation program called TARA affects brain connections and depression symptoms in 120 teens aged 14-18 with mild to moderate depression. Researchers will use MRI scans to measure changes in a brain region called the putamen and track mood improvements. The goal is to understand how meditation might help treat depression in young people.
