Summary
This study tests whether a special protein drink called MediDrink Platinum+ can improve muscle strength, physical function, and overall well-being in adults aged 60 and older who have muscle loss (sarcopenia) and are malnourished. Participants will take the drink alone or with an added protein ingredient for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if it helps them perform daily activities more easily and regain independence.
