NCT ID NCT06115369
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at whether giving heart failure patients healthy meals or fresh produce boxes for 90 days after leaving the hospital can reduce readmissions and emergency visits. It also tested if making the food support conditional on attending follow-ups or taking medications works better. 150 adults who were recently hospitalized for heart failure took part.
