NCT ID NCT04924088

First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a medical-legal partnership—where lawyers work closely with healthcare providers—can help veterans with housing problems avoid eviction and homelessness better than standard legal services alone. About 85 veterans will be randomly assigned to either the partnership or community lawyers and followed for one year. Researchers will compare housing stability and mental health between the two groups.
