Summary

This study looked at whether medical hypnosis can lower anxiety and pain during an electroneuromyography (ENMG), a nerve test that can be uncomfortable. Six anxious adults were enrolled to compare hypnosis with standard care. The goal was to see if hypnosis helps patients feel calmer and less pain during the procedure.
