Summary

This study tested an 8-month program called 'Meaningful Activities and Recovery' (MA&R) for people with mental illness. The program helps people take part in activities that are important to them. 139 adults took part to see if the program improves daily engagement, recovery, and quality of life compared to standard care alone.
