Scientists test if bigger, later meals strain your body

NCT ID NCT07122765

Summary

This study aimed to understand how the size of a meal and the time of day it's eaten affect the body's metabolism and blood vessel function after eating. Researchers tested 20 healthy adults by giving them different meals and measuring how their bodies processed food and how their blood vessels responded. The goal was to gather basic knowledge about how our bodies handle food, not to test a treatment.
