Smartphone reminders tested to boost meal tracking in older adults

Summary

This study tests whether different types of reminder messages can help adults aged 45 and older remember to photograph their meals three times a day. Two hundred participants will receive random reminders before breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 28 days. The goal is to see which reminder style works best and whether factors like heart rate affect how people respond.
