Smart reminders tested to boost meal tracking in older adults
NCT ID NCT07555262
First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether certain types of reminder messages help adults aged 45 and older remember to photograph their meals three times a day. Two hundred participants will wear a smartwatch and smart ring for 28 days and receive different reminders before each meal. The goal is to see which reminder works best and whether body signals like heart rate can predict when someone is most likely to respond.
