First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at whether eating 3 low-calorie meals a day helps control blood sugar better than eating 5 small meals in people with type 2 diabetes who are overweight or obese. Fifty adults followed one of two diet plans for 11 weeks. Researchers measured blood sugar changes, weight, and other health markers to see which meal pattern works best.
