Summary
This study looks at whether sending healthy meals to the homes of Black, low-income pregnant women can help them eat better and gain the right amount of weight. About 17 women with overweight or obesity will receive meals and be compared to a similar group from hospital records. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and improves diet quality, food security, and blood pressure.
