Summary
This study tests whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords are safe and can help people with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), a bone marrow disorder. About 40 participants with moderate to severe symptoms will receive the stem cell treatment. Researchers will monitor side effects and check for improvements like complete or partial remission.
