Summary
This study tests whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords are safe and can help people with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), a bone marrow disorder. About 40 participants with moderate to severe symptoms will receive the stem cells and be monitored for side effects and improvement. The study is currently on hold.
