Summary
This study tests whether a drug called MDMA, given alongside therapy, can help veterans with PTSD feel better. About 52 veterans will receive a dose of MDMA during therapy sessions, either alone or in a group. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and reduces PTSD symptoms.
