Summary
This study compared two types of exercises—McKenzie and William—to see which one works better for reducing pain, improving daily function, and boosting quality of life in people with sacroiliac joint dysfunction. 62 adults aged 20 to 50 with moderate to severe pain took part. The goal was to find a simple, drug-free way to manage this common cause of lower back and buttock pain.
