This study compares two muscle relaxation methods (autogenic inhibition and reciprocal inhibition) combined with core exercises to see which better reduces pain, improves walking, and lessens disability in people with sacroiliac joint dysfunction. About 40 adults aged 25-45 with low back pain lasting over 4 weeks will participate. The goal is to find a better way to manage this common cause of back pain without drugs or surgery.
