Summary
This study aimed to understand how a drug called MCI-186 is processed by the body in people with mild or moderate kidney problems compared to people with normal kidney function. It involved 30 participants who received a single dose of the drug. The main goal was to gather information to help determine safe dosing for future studies in patients with kidney impairment.
