Summary

This study is testing a new 8-week online meditation program called MB-Spirit to see if it can improve well-being and reduce stress in adults. Researchers will enroll 44 stressed adults, who will either take the course immediately or be placed on a waitlist. The study will use questionnaires and brain scans (MRI) to measure changes in participants' sense of peace, mindfulness, and brain activity.
