Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether mazdutide, a drug given as a shot, can help people with alcohol use disorder drink less. About 308 participants will receive either mazdutide or a placebo for up to 36 weeks. The study measures changes in drinking behaviors using a standard questionnaire.
