Summary
This study looked at whether giving a combination of acetaminophen and ibuprofen (Maxigesic) during and after lung surgery could lower the risk of delirium (sudden confusion) in patients 65 and older. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited. It involved 25 people having minimally invasive lung surgery.
