Summary
This study looks at whether being obese during pregnancy can affect a baby's brain development. Researchers will compare brain scans and developmental tests of babies born to normal-weight and obese mothers. The goal is to understand if inflammation from obesity plays a role. The study involves 260 pregnant women and follows their babies until age 2.
