Summary
This study looks at whether doing mat Pilates for 8 weeks can help sedentary women aged 18-29 feel more connected to their bodies and become more active. Half of the 54 participants will do Pilates, while the other half will not. Researchers will measure changes using surveys about body awareness and physical activity levels.
