Summary

This study aims to understand why some people experience more severe or longer-lasting pain after breast cancer surgery (mastectomy). Researchers will test 86 patients before and after surgery, measuring their pain sensitivity, blood markers, and psychological factors. The goal is to identify which patients are at higher risk for pain to help doctors provide more personalized care in the future.
