This study tests a new type of radiation therapy for endometrial cancer that uses MRI scans to guide the radiation beams more precisely. The goal is to reduce side effects on the bowel and bladder while still preventing cancer from coming back. About 61 women who need radiation after hysterectomy will receive five treatments over two and a half weeks. Researchers will track side effects, quality of life, and cancer outcomes for up to five years.
