Scientists scan Athletes' brains to see if massage timing matters
NCT ID NCT07367607
Summary
This study aimed to understand how different types of massage, given in the morning versus evening, affect brain wave patterns in elite taekwondo athletes. Researchers measured brain activity in 12 healthy male athletes after they received different massages or no massage at all. The goal was to gather basic knowledge about how the nervous system responds to recovery techniques at different times of day.
