Summary
This study looked at whether massage therapy given by a physiotherapist can help babies sleep better and improve the emotional bond between mother and baby. Twenty-four healthy full-term infants aged 0-6 months took part. Mothers reported on sleep and bonding using questionnaires. The goal was to see if massage could ease common postpartum challenges like poor sleep and weak attachment.
