Summary
This small pilot study tested whether regular massage sessions over one year could improve the mental and physical health of hospital healthcare workers. It involved 25 staff members who received ten 30-minute massages. Researchers measured changes in stress, anxiety, sleep, and quality of life to see if massage could be a helpful support tool.
