Summary
This pilot study tested whether regular massage over 12 months could improve mental and physical health in healthcare professionals working in hospitals. 25 workers who spend at least half their time on patient care received massages. Researchers measured stress, anxiety, sick leave, and patient safety. The goal was to see if massage is a feasible way to support staff well-being.
