First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at whether different types of massage can help lower anxiety in cancer patients while they receive chemotherapy. Many patients feel anxious during infusions, and massage has shown promise in reducing stress and other side effects. The trial will enroll 50 adults who have already had at least one round of chemo and feel anxious about upcoming sessions. Researchers will measure how many patients can complete the massage sessions and whether their anxiety levels improve.
