First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a special type of massage (connective tissue massage) to standard core-strengthening exercises can help people with mechanical low back pain feel better and move easier. About 30 adults aged 20-55 will take part, doing either exercises alone or exercises plus massage twice a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, daily function, endurance, and quality of life to see if the combination offers extra benefits.
