This trial investigates whether smoking or vaping cannabis increases the frequency of premature atrial and ventricular contractions — early or extra heartbeats that can feel like skipped beats. Over 14 days, regular cannabis users will be randomly assigned to consume or avoid cannabis on different days while wearing a heart monitor, glucose monitor, and fitness tracker. The goal is to see if cannabis use is linked to changes in heart rhythm, glucose levels, step counts, and sleep.
