Mapping the hidden aftermath: nerve damage in cancer survivors

Summary

This study aims to map and understand nerve-related issues like numbness, tingling, and pain in patients who were treated for mouth or throat cancer 1 to 5 years ago. Researchers will examine 120 patients during their regular follow-up visits to document these sensations and their impact on quality of life. The goal is to better understand these common but under-reported problems to improve future patient care.
