Summary

This study tested whether a supplement called Maolactin FMR can help reduce chronic inflammation, muscle pain, and joint discomfort in generally healthy adults aged 45 and older. About 97 participants took the supplement or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers measured changes in blood inflammation levels, weight, and self-reported pain and mobility.
