Summary
This study aims to find out if eating mangoes can improve immune system function and cognitive abilities like memory and focus in healthy college students. Researchers will compare two groups of young adults aged 18-30: one group will eat 1.5 servings of mango daily, while the other will avoid mangoes completely. The study will measure changes in immune cells, inflammation markers, and performance on thinking tests over time.
