Coloring away burnout: can simple art ease Nurses' stress?
NCT ID NCT07416071
Summary
This study tested whether a simple art activity called mandala therapy could help nurses feel better mentally and improve their attitude at work. 90 nurses were split into two groups: one group did the art sessions, while the other continued their normal routine. Researchers measured their well-being and feelings about their workplace before and after the sessions to see if the art made a difference.
