Summary

This study tested whether a simple mandala coloring activity could reduce anxiety, fatigue, and improve sleep quality in people aged 65 and older living in nursing homes. Over 8 weeks, participants colored mandala patterns for 1-2 hours each week. The study measured changes using standard questionnaires for anxiety, fatigue, and sleep quality. Results are not yet reported.
